As a Federally Qualified Health Center Community Care Dental is able to offer a dental sliding fee scale for eligible families and we accept Medicare/Medicaid as well as any private insurance. The sliding fee scale is based on your family size and income.

Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
