Dental Care is offered to all adults who have no dental insurance and whose gross income is under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Dental patients are screened on a first-come, first-served basis on the Saturday
The dental van will be at New Hope on April 8th.
We will screen (8:30 am-10:00 am, first-come first-served until filled) for appointments that day. (This is an exception to our usual process.)

Application Instructions:

In-person screening/scheduling for medical services done two Sa mornings per month; dental van Sa schedule varies based on availability - see website for details.
Patients who are not fluent in English need to bring their own interpreter or have someone available by phone.

Required documents:

- ID (to verify date of birth and spelling of name)
- Proof of income (such as food benefits letter, pay stubs from last 1-2 months, copy of most recent tax return, etc.)

Hours:

Saturday, 8:30 am -10 am, except on holiday weekends.

How are the instruments sterilized?
