    I had the worst experience of my life. Your receptionist Sandy is less than satisfactory. Her customer service skills are below standard. Her ability to get up and speak to the hygeniest was not there. She spoke to me as if I was the scum of the earth. When I had called in to let you know I was at the wrong location, I was at the health center down the road, she even spoke me to in a disgusting manner at that point. I will be contacting the office manager on Monday morning. I have had it with the way your staff treats people. She is no better than me. In all actuality, she is below me. I am demanding a call or email back from whom ever is responsible for checking these emails. If not that will be all the more reason why I will be speaking to your office manager on Monday. Friday - Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
