    Extremely painful torture would recommend only to an enemy. Dental work horrible should have their license revoked.

The amount of the fee discounted is based on your family size, income, and determined based upon annual established Federal Poverty Level income guidelines.

Southwest Community Health Center, Inc. accepts Medicaid, HUSKY, SAGA, Medicare and Private insurance.

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
Saturday 9:00am - 1:00 pm.
