    I have called you 15 times starting at 8 am, seem I cannot get through to you. I was told by your staff to call at 8 am Monday 6 times.I need to make an appointment.

Care will be provided to anyone in need.

Sliding Fee Program offers a discounted rate on medical and dental services offered at the facilities.

A patient can be eligible for this program if they do not have insurance or are under-insured.

To qualify for this program you must call for an appointment to meet with one of the Patient Benefit Coordinators.
