Mondays 8:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesdays 8:00am - 12:00pm, 2:00pm - 7:00pm
Wednesdays 9:00am - 5:00pm
Thursdays 8:00am - 5:00pm
Fridays 8:00am - 5:00pm.

The Community Health Centers of South Central Texas, Inc. (CHCSCT) also known as Gonzales Community Health Center, is a non profit organization that has four Clinic locations in Gonzales, Luling, Seguin and Victoria.

Presently have five chairs at the Gonzales clinic, four chairs in Seguin, and three chairs in Luling.
