    My grandson has been a patient at Paths Dental for the past several years. He is on disability and can't afford most dental care. Paths gives him an option he can afford. I am his caregiver and I orchestrate all his important appointments. He has always kept all his appointments and in cases where he couldn't be there we have called ahead to reschedule. Recently he had an appointment he needed to reschedule so I called the office and told the woman who answered the phone that he couldn't make his appointment. Before I could tell her we needed to reschedule She interrupted me ( very rudely ) saying that appointment had already been cancelled due to the fact that the doctor would not be there. When I told her that no one had informed us of the cancellation, she really begin to be "snotty" with me giving me the date that SHE said I had been called. I again stated that we had not received a message about his appointment being cancelled or I would not have called to cancel it. Continuing her rude and condescending manner she asked if I wanted to reschedule the appointment. I answered I did so she she rescheduled him for seven months away. I don't feel that I should be treated that way and I would like to see her reprimanded for her attitude and vindictiveness in making him wait so long for another appointment. .

    This place is very friendly and helpful. They really so have the patient best interest at heart. They work with patients to provide the care they need even if a patient cant afford it. They will work with patient and even help to find a way for the work to be done even if its by another facility. They discuss everything with you and take time to ensure the patient understands everything. They ensure your comfortable in all you do and in any procedures you have done. They provide directions for after procedures and let you know to feel free to call them for any questions or concerns you may have anytime. I even had a nurse call me next day to do a follow up with me just to make sure everything was good. They ensure the patient is comfortable in before during and after procedure. You feel relaxed comfortable and in good hands here.
