    I love Open Door. I have been going to them for 8 years. I went to open door when I had health insurance and I am able to continue to go since I lost my job and insurance 3 years ago. They see me on a sliding scale fee schedule which is AMAZING!! They always accomodate me. They help me whether I have money to pay right away or not. I always pay my bills, but they give me the grace period for billing that no other health agency has ever done. I thank God that this agency exists. I am very grateful and loyal to them. Wonderful place.

Provide dental services for adults and children, beginning as soon as teeth erupt.

Provide essential dental services including:

Dental examinations, oral cancer screenings, emergency care, dental cleanings, fillings, tooth removal (extractions), dental sealants for children, and rapid HIV testing.

Dentists and hygienists provide patient education on caring for your teeth and gums, with a special focus on diabetic patients as well as pregnant mothers and their babies new teeth.

Emergency care hours are available for patients who are unable to wait for a scheduled appointment. These walk-in visits are accommodated between scheduled patient visits.

Patients requiring services beyond the general scope of care are referred to specialists or a general practice residency program as indicated.

For those without dental insurance, they offer a sliding fee scale based on family size and income. In order to qualify for these reduced fees, they request proof of income (i.e. pay stub, tax forms, etc.) when you come in for your visit.
