    You need to have an option open to professional clinics. I needed to get a hold of the dental clinic to check when xrays were taken. Very unprofessional.

Care includes Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, Chiropractic, Optometry, Podiatry, and Outreach services.

Open Cities Health Center (OCHC) accepts all patients, those who are insured and those who are uninsured.

If you do not have insurance, the clinic offers a sliding fee scale for low-income and uninsured or under-insured patients.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
Saturday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
