    The people at this facility were all friendly helpful and compassionate. I think they provide great dental care for anyone needing it. They are restricted as to how many patients they can accept due to covid19.

    Proof of income, picture id and any insurance cards you have. I would think any dental records you have on hand would also be helpful.
