    I have been left on hold for 45 minutes and when someone answered they said I needed to be connected to someone else and disconnected the call. Could someone please get in touch with me and explain what is the problem with getting through by phone. I am trying to confirm an appointment and needed to know exactly what to bring with me. Now I am wondering the way things are going if the other person even scheduled my appointment. Thank you

Appointments are available for both children and adults. They accept all Pennsylvania Medicaid plans and most commercial insurance plans. Also has a sliding fee schedule available for those who are under/uninsured.
