    I suffering with a lose tooth pain unbearable at times .I have aflac insurance for dental and two dental discount. Have been two dentist I also have and upper abscess tooth . Both quotes were too high and I hope you can help me

The Mission of the Community Dental Clinic is to operate a dental clinic to provide high quality basic dental services to low income individuals and families who qualify for Medicaid or who do not have a primary dental provider or Non-Medicaid dental insurance.

The Community Dental Clinic was established with uninsured, low-income, and Medicaid patients in mind.

Though all services have a fee, these fees are heavily discounted.

Your level of discount is dependent on factors that include your income and whether or not you receive public assistance such as: Food Stamps, Section 8 Housing, etc.

Documentation of income and/ or assistance is required at the first appointment in order to be considered for discounted rates.

Please be sure to mention any assistance that you receive when scheduling your appointment.

Services are NOT free, despite lack of income.
