    I Shelly Duncan have visited IFCHC and have had poor services due to schedule errors on 2-3 occasions. Due to the schedule errors I wasted time & gas. Finances I am already low on. Recorded confirmation calls left by receptionist regarding scheduled appointments were denied they ever were made. Like I was at fault for coming to the appointment. Messages to speak to Supervisor(Dr. Marshall) were not returned. Being poor should not mean a patient should be treated poorly. My next scheduled appt. was 2/20/14 @ 10am with Dr. Marshall now changed to 2/20/14 @ 11am Dr. Sabat???
