    Hello, I’m writing to you to find help for my 5 year old daughter. She has seen a dentist previously and needs teeth sealed due to rotten teeth. One is causing her pain as of tonight. We are a family that has lost our insurance due to not enough income coming in and we are a recently retired military family that has not found a job yet. Living off of va benefits isn’t covering expenses. We need to help our daughter. We live in will county, Plainfield. Please we need help. Thank you.

The CDS Foundation Dental Clinic provides free basic dental care to patients with proof of income below 200% of the poverty level and residency in Cook, Lake or DuPage counties.

The DuPage Community Clinic shuttered its dental practice, leaving uninsured patients with few local options, the Chicago Dental Society Foundation Dental Clinic opened just a mile down the road.

The three-operatory clinic at 416 E. Roosevelt Road, Wheaton, will provide basic dental care to uninsured patients from Cook, Lake and DuPage counties the same tri-county area served by the Chicago Dental Society with proof of residency and income below 200 percent of the poverty level.
