Frequently Asked Questions
I am not impressed. So far I've been in twice and I've only had an x-ray done on one tooth and no course of treatment. I came in because of excruciating pain and I don't feel my concerns were addressed. I was told my teeth hurt because of the way I was biting. That is not accurate. I was given an appointment to see a hygienist and at first I was appreciative. Then I realized on one tooth she scraped off the enamel so much that there is a noticeable divot in my tooth which I'm now concerned about having problems with. Then on the side where my teeth really hurt no one bothered to tell me I have a very large cavity. I had to discover that myself. In addition there are two other teeth that have open holes near my gum line that have nothing left much protecting my nerves. So 1 week and two appointments later I am still in excruciating pain. I can't chew anything much less allow my teeth to touch. And I still haven't had x-rays done and no treatment plan. In addition I am now being told I can't get back on until the 31st because of being fully booked. Why wouldn't slots be available for emergency situations. Why must I now wait til the 31st or longer to have this dealt with because somebody was not thorough enough in the first place.
