Horizon Health Center has been able to play a leading role in the delivery of oral health services to the Jersey City Community.

The department has been committed to ensuring that every are service participant will have the access to low-to-no cost dental services, making this organization a dental home for underserved residents.

Currently dental services are offered at the Bergen and Summit sites.

Services include:

Prosthodontic, Endodontic, Periodontic and Oral surgery
Routine exams
Sealants
Crowns
Complete and Removable Dentures
Fillings
