    I tried to call in to the office (dental) I’ve called many. Phone ending 3100. I’ve also called the call center. They always pick up the phone but when they transfer me over. Still no answer.

    No one calls you back, A nice woman did return my call and attempted to register me over the phone but was not able, she sounds new to her job. She said she would call back but has never called. I left a message, but nothing. I have 20 years in scheduling if you looking for part-time help.

The sliding fee scale applies to patients without health insurance & also do not qualify for Medicaid.

The sliding fee scale is based on household size & the poverty guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services & its Board of Directors.

Hours:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Thursdays, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
