    I’ve been having tooth pain and it’s been going on for some time now and it’s been infected 5 times and my dentist won’t remove it cause it’s to far in back of my month and it needs to be surgealy remove by oral surgeon and I don’t have Primary insurance I have secondary insurance...

Four days per week, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., phone registration is required.

Services:
Routine exams/checkups, X-rays, cleanings, sealants, minor extractions, fillings, denture adjustments and fittings.

Patient Eligibility:
People without dental insurance or those who have insurance through the Keystone Mercy health plan or the state's Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) are eligible.

Fees:
Fees are based on a sliding fee scale, incorporating individual income and household size.
