Dental clinic services:

Restorative, extractions, preventive cleanings, x-rays, fluoride, sealants, and patient education.

Patients are accepted through referral only by medical providers, health departments, school nurses, department of family and children services, mental and behavior health, faith based organizations, and dentists.

Patient Referral Forms are available at the Irwin County Family Connections office at 601 W. Sixth Street, Ocilla, Georgia.

All services are free to those that qualify.

Patients must meet the following eligibility guidelines:

- Medicaid Recipients including TANF and SSI are automatically eligible.
- Peach Care Recipients are automatically eligible.
- Other patients eligibility is determined by using the Eligibility Standards for Reduced Meals in Georgia.
