    Been a client at USI for years and love it. I am writing on behalf of a friend, a vet, who went for the first time this month. Jame and his wife went together. Her experience was fine but James was very distressed by the roughness and damage he suffered from his student therapist. She was nice enough but she was not well trained apparently. I don't know her name and he is too timid to complain personally but if you check appts. I suspect you would know who was his therapist and maybe she could be addressed for her technique. Specifically he said that she left him with bleeding gums from being punctured in two places. He does not want to return for further treatment.

Preventive education, x-rays, fluoride treatments, pit and fissure sealants and cleaning.

Services are performed by dental hygiene students under the supervision of faculty.

Minors need parental consent.
