    I need 4 crowns, 1 implant, 1 filling and a dental cleaning. My husband is on disability and food stamps, and I collect a very small rental payment from a roommate. Our combined income is around 18K. We can provide documentation. Can you help me? Being a student, money is not plentiful.

    No. It has a cost share based on income. But they do not deny you services if you are unable to pay your cost share.

    For the most part, they are very friendly. I have only had one woman treat me in a hateful way.

    You need driver's license or state ID, last income tax return and/or last 3 months pay stubs. If you do not have income, you need a letter of support from whomever is paying your bills or letting you live with them. Food stamp letter if you receive food stamps.
