    They are on time, efficient and professional. Procedures were quicker and less painful than expected. The Dental Assistant I have is very reassuring. The staff on the reception desk could be more hospitable. I wish they did more than basic dentistry, because I like them better than my old Hyde Park dentist.

    I visited this clinic on 1-15-19. Was given a prescription for amoxicillin. I have a toothache. I just called on 1-27-19 to ask the receptionist to fax over my prescription to Healthware House. When I called this morning to see if she had faxed it, she said and that she would do it this afternoon. I called back to say, I no longer wish to return, she was rude with me. Healthware House just informed me that they contacted the office, and she informed them, that we would not fax any prescription for me.

    How do you make an appointment? Tried for a month to make an appointment. The facility never answers the phone!

Emergency walk-ins accepted at 7:30 am, Monday-Friday.

Fees and discounts are based on your income and family size (Federal Poverty Guidelines).

The Health Centers accept most Medicaid HMO plans (CareSource, Molina, Buckeye and Amerigroup), Medicare & Medicare HMO plans, as well as other private insurance plans. If there is an outstanding balance on your account you may receive a bill.
