    Called the office about my appointment that the Dentist said to make for 2 weeks out and it would be 3 appointments in 2week intervals , but instead of doing what the dentist said to do you make my appointment for over a month away , clearly not what was told to me or what I heard nurse say either. I don't understand why you don't do what is asked of you. I feel like who ever answer the phones doesn't like me and puts me on hold for today it was 47min. Then disconnects me. This isnt the first time this has happened to me. Really like my dentist and his helper above good. But dont like not being able to call and talk to someone. Again I called the office way before 5 and was on hold for 47 minutes 47 minutes Then got message that the office is closed. So upset about this.
