I have a comment I am or was a patient here. There was a long waiting list. The staff was unfriendly. Array I felt very safe. My experience was terrible. Worst of my life. Have had appointments scheduled for 4 months now. They couldn't get us in sooner. Had the appointment set, was reminded of the appt and when we get there we cant be seen bec it had been a year since the last time we were there. So they never saw my daughter. Why didn't anyone tell me this when we made these appointments? Why didn't anyone say anything when they called to confirm the appt Marana? No one let the patient know we needed another exam and xray. Funny thing is we were seen 3 weeks ago and at that time we needed one then, but was not told.

The Sliding Fee Scale (SFS) is MHC Healthcares discounted health services program that makes healthcare affordable for you and your family. Based on gross family income, the SFS outlines the percentage or portion of billed charges that the client will be responsible for paying.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
(Closed for lunch, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm)

Questions To Ask Your Dentist	How am I expected to pay? What are the costs for services. Is this discounted or based on income? What Documents am I required to provide? Do you need me to provide income statements in order to verify discounts, mail to provide residency? How are the instruments sterilized? Heat sterilization is very important for all instruments. If you are not comfortable with their answer, you can choose another office.
