Harris Health System's Acres Home Health Center provides essential medical services to both adults and children in the north and northwest neighborhoods of Houston.

In addition to providing adult and pediatric primary care, the health center offers specialty care in adult dentistry, ophthalmology and podiatry; and provides on-site laboratory, pharmacy and x-ray services, as well as nutrition and health education, counseling and social services.

Harris Health provides an array of dental services, including regular examinations, cleanings, fillings and extractions, as well as full and partial dentures.

Dental services are offered to patients 16 years of age and older. Patients younger than 16 years of age are referred to the City of Houston dental clinics.

Dental treatment is offered on a referral basis only. Individuals needing dental treatment are referred by their primary care physician.

Health Center Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Fourth Tuesday of every month open 8 a.m. - noon.
